Z Auto does not charge the buyer a platform fee, commission, or buyer’s premium. The lien holder covers our service fee from the sale proceeds.

01Are there any fees for the buyer?
No. Registration, browsing, and bidding are free. We do not add a buyer’s premium or platform commission. The invoice can include the winning bid, applicable taxes, and transport under the stated shipping formula.
02Can other buyers see my bid?
No. Bids are private. You may submit a new amount while the lot is open, and the result is confirmed after the auction closes.
03What happens after I win?
Our team confirms the result and issues the dealer invoice with payment and transport information. Your designated sales assistant helps keep the closing documents and delivery steps aligned after verification.
04How is shipping calculated?
The first 500 miles from the lot pickup location are included. Each additional mile is $1.20. The confirmed amount appears on the invoice before payment.
05What if the delivered condition differs from the file?
Document the condition at delivery and contact us within seven days for qualifying issues. The review team compares your evidence with the listing, invoice, delivery record, and sale terms. Read the delivery review policy.
